PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light and slim information reader, capable of keeping balancing even with respect to large deviation or no deviation in the center of gravity of a media and even in the case of a transverse type, thereby suppressing, the vibration of the information reader. SOLUTION: This processing device is provided with a slim balancer is disposed inside a spindle motor to magnetize the balancer, thus stabilizing the movement of a ring, and a means of canceling the deviation in the center of gravity for keeping balancing, by generating vertical force at the magnetized ring.
