Respective nodes 150, 151, 152 may communicate via radio signals in the millimetric wavelength (tens of gigahertz) band, using different frequencies for directional communications from respective nodes. A processor based communications hub101 is provided with respective antennas for communication with the respective nodes on the particular frequency. The hub antennas are switchably connected to internal signals provided from within the hub.
