The invention relates to a pattern carrier in the form of paper web with a colour pattern transferred on it and is used in copying the pattern transfer on a wet textile material. The pattern carrier is made of paper with an air permeability (Bendtsen-porosity) of more than 500 ml/mm, measured in accordance with the DIN 53120 T1 Standard, and a water absorption corresponding to a Cobb-number, measured in accordance to Standard SCAN-P12; 64, Cobb60 of at least 50. The paper is coated with an aqueous dispersion of carboxymethylcellulose, containing a non- crystallizing saccharide syrup, preferably in an amount for approximately 30 g of dispersion per m2. On said paper one or more colour patterns are printed, each of them containing water-soluble or dispersible dye admixed on easily soluble thickening carrier with a temporary binding effect, preferably in form of carboxymethylcellulose. 5 claims, 1 figure |
