PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture capable of attractively mounting a facing girth on the exterior wall surface of a building and a mounting structure of the facing girth making use of the fixture even if the exterior wall surface of the building is considerably uneven. SOLUTION: In the fixture used for mounting the facing girth on the exterior wall surface, it is constituted of a laterally oblong fixture body 51 and locking pieces 53 provided on the surface side of the mounting fixture body 51 and locking a plurality of locking projected stripes 42 existing on the rear side of the facing girth 4, and the fixture 5 is so constituted that the width of each of the locking pieces 53 is narrower than the width of the fixture body 51.
