The invention relates to compounds with the formula or their salts or solvate, in which formula Ar means substituted or unsubstituted aryl, wherein the optional substituents are selected among C1-6 alkyl, hydroxy or C1-6 alkoxy; A means C1-4 n-alkylene group where each carbon atom is optionally substituted by one or two C1-6 alkyl groups; R1 means hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; R2 is 4-nitrogroup; each R3 and R4 means hydrogen; X is -CO-NH-group and Z means CH2CH2CH2. The invention also relates to a method for the preparation of the said compounds, to pharmaceutical compound thereof, and to their use in medicine. 8 claims
