PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device whose usability is improved by making it easy for a user to find whether a sheet set in a sheet feeder is unused or already one-side used. SOLUTION: When a user sets recording sheets in a sheet feed tray of the sheet feeder or in a manually inserting tray and instructs to set the type of the recording sheets by operating keys of an operation part, a digital copying device shows a sheet set screen onto a display part at S101. When the user sets the unused recording sheets or one-side-used recording sheets at S102, the device registers the type of the set recording sheets into sheet set information, as on sheet feed trays, which are stored in a RAM. The type of recording sheets, or corresponding recording sheet tray, which is displayed by the display part, is switched to the set one-side-used recording sheets or unused recording sheets. Therefore, from the step S101 through the step S104, the user finds by the display part whether the recording sheets stored in the sheet feed tray or the manually inserting tray are already one-side used or unused. |
