<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow falling preventing method and its apparatus which exert a snow drop preventing effect over a long period of time without requiring energy such as electricity, heat, etc. SOLUTION: By attaching to the surface of an overhead transmission line 2 a net-like cover 6 composed by making a continuous mesh 61 of element wire 60, snow becomes caught in the mesh 61 even if it snows, so that the drop of the snow is prevented. Accordingly, snow remains stuck sticks to the element wire 60 and melts while remaining in that state and the snow becomes water drops or in a semi-melted state, and falls.</p> |
