摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a pixel opening rate and also a storage capacity at the same time, and moreover, decrease degradation of a display picture which is caused by irregularities generated on an alignment film surface near pixel electrodes, in an electro-optical device of a type provided with an intermediate conductive layer for relaying between pixel electrodes and TFTs for switching the pixels. SOLUTION: The electro-optical device is provided with TFTs (30), data lines (6a), scanning lines (3a), capacitance lines (3b), a 1st intermediate conductive layer (80), a 2nd intermediate conductive layer (180), and pixel electrodes (9a). First contact holes (8a) for connecting drains of TFTs with the 1st intermediate conductive layer are opened at the position superimposed on the data lines is viewed from the top.</p>
