<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode laminate for electric double-layer capacitors, from which electric double-layer capacitors are easily obtained, having a high working voltage each in a capacitor unit and various different capacitances. SOLUTION: In the electrode laminate for electric double-layer capacitors, composed of a plurality of positive electrodes and a plurality of negative electrodes laminated alternately via separators, individually sectioned electrode housings are formed continuously on the separator and house series of positive and negative electrodes so as to wrap their respective electrode leads projecting from the separators, the continuous electrodes housings are folded up zigzag by the sections with insulation members inserted between the housings to section them into a plurality of capacitor series connection, with basic units of basic cells consisting of pairs of positive and negative electrodes.</p> |
