PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small, lightweight liquid pump device capable of efficiently radiating heat. SOLUTION: An electromagnet 23 and a magnetic bearing sensor 24 are fixed to partition wall 12 for a pump part 30, a motor stator 47 is fixed to a partition wall 23 for the motor part through a column part 48, and heat generating in the electromagnet 23 and the motor stator 47 is cooled with liquid within the pump part 30. |
