<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for supporting business management (and recycling) of food and drink as a system which supports reduction of complication of business in the food business world and its retail shops and supports increase of sales at shops and shop operation for opening or remodeling. SOLUTION: This method uses CG to display vessels, wrapping materials, living necessaries, kitchen utensils, etc., required for food and drink business on a shop virtual picture on a CD-ROM Internet terminal and gives an order by a PDA terminal after retrieval and confirmation of articles on the virtual picture and confirms retrieved and ordered commodities at an actual shop to secure the collation capability of actuality and the safety of transactions, and the system for supporting business management and recycling is composed of a commodity display stage, a commodity retrieval stage, an ordering stage, an order reception stage, an order instruction transmission stage, a delivery schedule transmission stage, a sealing stage, a recycling quantity report stage, a bill issue stage, and a basic business data management stage.</p> |
