PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic testing system of communication resources in a mobile communication system, which detects abnormal resources by observing the traffic of communication resources, automatically performs a test and finds the abnormality in hardware on software at an early stage. SOLUTION: A traffic collecting part 22 sums up the number of resources capturing times and capture time at the time of performing call processing. A traffic observing part 23 sums up the collected data, prepares a captured resources traffic table and detects abnormal resources. A test control part 24 performs processing for performing automatic test of detected resources, and a test performing part 25 conducts a test. An alarm outputting part 26 outputs an alarm message composed of a resources number, an abnormality factor, etc., to a maintenance terminal when abnormality is detected as the result of test.
