PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure with simple configuration of a circuit board for ensuring electromagnetic wave shielding, elimination of magnetic coupling, and impact resistance for an electronic part on the circuit board. SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 2 with a plurality of electronic parts mounted thereon is coated in a fitted body with a coating body 1 made of functional material selected from electromagnetic wave shielding material, insulating material, water-proof material, heat radiating material, and vibration- proof material according to each electronic part 3. By using the optimum functional material, the electromagnetic wave shielding, impact resistance, and elimination of magnetic coupling among each electronic part can be ensured.
