PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bimetal type temperature indicator allowing visual temperature confirmation from a remote distance and capable of being used under a severe weather condition. SOLUTION: A bimetal connecting body 3 comprising a plurality of fork-like bimetals 2 interconnected at their ends is stored in a case 4, one end of the bimetal connecting body 3 is fixed to the case 4, a temperature indicating member 5 movable in the case 4 is mounted to the other end, the case 4 is provided with a temperature indicating part 6 for indicating a temperature based on the visible amount of the temperature indicating member 5, and a temperature of a temperature measured part can be confirmed from the temperature indicating part 6 based on the visible amount of the temperature indicating member 5.
