PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiant cooling method capable of reducing in size a radiant cooler. SOLUTION: The radiant cooling method comprises the steps of forcibly circulating water or an antifreeze solution as a cold heat medium to a first circulating path between the radiant cooler and a thermal storage tank and thereby storing the cold heat at night in the tank. In this case, a latent heat type thermal storage material is used in the tank.
