PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel body equipped with a bay window, which is excellent in flexibility in construction planning such as capability of arbitrary change in floor plan, excellent in interlayer displacement follow-up capability in case of an earthquake, workability, and cost efficiency, and allows a person to use a container means from the indoor side without going out of the window, because a wall body having the bay window is formed without constructing a spandrel wall by a non-bearing wall which is integrated with a framed structure (skeleton). SOLUTION: The wall panel body 2 equipped with the bay window, is constituted of a panel portion 2 arranged in an in-plane direction of the wall panel body 2 equipped with the bay window, the bay window portion 3 protruded in an out-of-plane direction of the panel portion 2, and a sink 9 arranged below the bay window portion 3. The panel portion 2 includes a panel frame portion 4 formed like a skeleton, and a spandrel wall panel portion 21, and the bay window portion 3 includes a bay window skeleton portion 5 constructed like a cantilever structure from the panel skeleton portion 4. Further, the sink 9 is hung from the bay window portion 3.
