SOLUTION: A cylindrical guide wall 6 inserting a pile 5 loosely is erected on a lower face side of an impact plate 4 put in a head part of the pile 5, and a support bar 11 is connected with one side face of the guide wall 6 so as to oscillate in the vertical direction.
