PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cutting-off apparatus capable of rapidly judging whether closing pressure may be measured when a minute flow rate is detected after the use of an LP gas instrument is stopped and monitoring supply equipment accurately. SOLUTION: When the stop of the LP gas instrument is judged by an instrument stop judging means 26, a pressure stabilizing time is measured by a stabilizing time measuring means 27 and, if the flow rate value of a flow rate arithmetic means 23 becomes a predetermined value or more during the operation of a stabilizing timer, the judge of closing pressure is stopped by a closing pressure judging means 28 and, if a predetermined time is elapsed, the abnormality of a closing pressure value is judged and an abnormality timer means 29 measures the continuing time of abnormality and outputs a warning information signal to an alarm means 30 as closing pressure abnormality when the continuing time of abnormality exceeds a predetermined value.
