PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively process evaporated fuel adsorbed to an adsorbing means even during an idle operation under lean combustion. SOLUTION: When the evaporated fuel is purged under a designated condition during an idle operation under lean combustion, a purge concentration is detected based on the quantity of the control change of intake air quantity by an idle rotational speed control means, and the target opening of a purge control valve is set based on the purge concentration. Thereby, maximum possible evaporated fuel is processed while suppressing influence on the combustion of an engine.
