PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sideview mirror device for a vehicle in which numerous cords can be easily penetrated through a cord hole and connection reliability and connection workability of the cords can be improved. SOLUTION: In the sideview mirror device for the vehicle 10, plural cords 30 belonging to an internal mechanism 16 are coated with a laminate 88, and coupled in a state of being in parallel arranged in the specified order, and penetrated through the cord hole 44 in a state of being converged. On this account, the large number of cords 30 can be easily penetrated through the cord hole 44, not coming apart. Further, with no traditional terminal installed, the connection reliability of the cords 30 can be improved. Then, insulation coating of the respective plural cords 30 is cut at one time by plural cutters of a pressure contact connector so that each core wire is made to be contacted with the cutters corresponding to the core wires and the plural cords 30 are connected to a power supply through the pressure contact connector. This makes it possible to improve the connection workability of the cords 30.
