Floor siphon made of polypropylene with threads and rubber and fast-joint unions at the inlets and outlet, a system for water and soap foam, overflow and retention. The siphon consists of three basic parts, each of which consists of individual parts: the main body, the overflow system, the elevation system.Three inlets of a diameter of 40 mm (a) and one outlet of a diameter of 50 mm (b) exist, all fitted with a thread, unions (d) and conical rubbers (c).The overflow system (B) features a cylinder (h) (the walls of which perform the siphon operation of water and the cutter for smell), a cylinder cap (I) with a hole and a hemispherical floater (f) which runs under a suitable guide up and down the cylinder.The hemispherical floater observes the level of water inside the siphon and at the upper part of its path blocks the hole from the cap of the cylinder with its semi-circular surface.The elevation system (C) features a cylindrical part which features grooves along its circumference which are used as a guide for cutting and adjusting its height. At the upper part, a square rim exists for the stainless 100 by 100 mm grate.The unions screw to the main body (A), the overflow system (B) fastens inside the main body in a special washer-rim and the overflow system, (C) fastens with the main body with a special application of an elastic tightening ring in between them.This siphon provides compatibility with all commercially available drainage systems, offers very fast installation, reliable and trouble-free overflow system, easy cleaning and access to its inner parts with one movement, adjustment of its height, no welding and strong, recyclable materials, which are environmentally friendly. |
