The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Summary of the invention consists in that two semioval incisions are made from the xiphoid appendix to the pubis, it is effected incision of the skin and subcutaneous celluloadipose tissue, there are prepared two autodermal transplants and an autodermal strip. Afterwards it is excised the hernial sac, it is mobilized the aponeurosis of the anterior abdominal wall from the subcutaneous celluloadipose tissue going more laterally with 1...2 cm about the pararectal lines. On both sides it is sectioned the aponeurosis of the external and internal oblique abdominis muscles on the pararectal line, the rectus abdominis muscles are displaced together with their sheaths medially to the full adaptation of the edges, afterwards they are fixed in the course of white line of the abdomen with the autodermal strip, onto which there are applied implanted interrupted sutures. The pararectal musculoaponeurotic defects are compensated for unistratal autodermal transplant and the wound is sutured.Claims: 1Fig.: 3 |
