PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print-output desired information contents without executing any complicate setting in a printer system constituted of a host device and a printer device connected so that bi-directional communication can be realized. SOLUTION: When a user issues a print instruction by operating an input operating part 33 of a print device 31, a command generating means 34 transmits a print start request command based on the print instruction through bi-directional communicating parts 32 and 27 to a host device 21, and when a command decoding means 25 receives the print start request command, a picture display identifying means 24 identifies the contents of a display part 23 based on data stored in a memory 22, and selects information contents to be printed, and a printer driver 26 receives the information contents to be printed selected by the picture identifying means 24, and transmits the information contents as print data through bi-directional communicating parts 32 and 27 to a printer device 31. |
