PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an advertisement information collection and distribution method utilizing CATV by which even a small-scale shop or a person resident in a local area can readily make propaganda advertisement at a low cost, even the aged or a housewife can easily view advertisement, even a blanket area household not subscribing to the CATV can view the advertisement on TV, that has a high advertisement effect and is useful for vitalization of the local area. SOLUTION: An advertisement information sender uses an information processing terminal 6 or 7 connected to communication channel networks 4, 5 to store an advertisement information record consisting of prescribed items on the basis of an advertisement information input program to an advertisement information relational database 8 of a server 2 in a CATV station 1. A user of a distribution destination 3 operates a TV control terminal 10 connected to a CATV network 4 to view distributed advertisement information on a TV or transmits request information to the server 2 in the CATV station on the basis of an interactive menu selection and displays advertisement information extracted in matching with the request information from the advertisement information relational database 8 on a television receiver 11 of the distribution destination 3.
