<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical scan type magnetic recording and reproducing for which magnetic tapes, such as VTRs and DATs, are used as recording media, and which is highly reliable by arranging an elastic member 62 for stably positioning a guide post base k64 in a state entirely free of shaking at a place having a margin. SOLUTION: The top surface of the guide post base 64 is provided with the torsion coil spring 62 for energizing and positioning the guide post base 64 in the state that the guide post base 64 is moved to a tape loading completion position. This torsion coil spring 62 is disposed in the place enclosed by the tape 18 wound around a guide post 61 and a cassette aperture 19 in the loading completion position atop the guide post base 64.</p> |
