PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunctioning as caused by extra vibration, impact, sounds and the like by arranging the light branch and couple element and the light delay element in a complete vibration and sound proofing structure used in various measuring sensor system units using an optical loop interferometer. SOLUTION: The elements involved are housed into a sealed container molded by a soundproof material and the sealed container is set into a box body which has a vibrationproof material applied on the internal surface thereof.
