PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a drain cover to be constantly and safely supported on a drain pipe even in the case of the various diameters and tilt angles of the drain pipe. SOLUTION: A slide block 16 is mounted in such a manner as to able to ascend/descend on the back surface of a vertical cover 3 fitted with a stormwater introducing hole penetrating back and forth. An elastic holding member 24, bent to be made to abut on the inner periphery wall of the drain pipe 27 when the vertical cover 3 is set in the drain pipe 27, is approximately horizontally installed in a rotational block 21 mounted vertically and rotatably on the slide block 16.
