<p>The invention relates to an equipment for the simultaneous micronization and regeneration of the rubber from waste tyres, meant for the regeneration, by physical-chemical processes, of the elastomer mass from the tyres which are in an advanced inflation condition, for the fine grinding thereof and the separation of the reinforcing elements during a single technological stage, the equipment comprising a housing (2) provided with enclosures accomodating some cascade-positioned working cylinders as follows: a first set of rotating needle cylinders (A) followed by a splitting device (B), four brush cylinders (6, 7) and centrally, along the symmetry axis, at the lower part of the housing (2), by a brush cylinder (12) for the final grinding, each of said cylinders (7 and 12) being provided with adjustable grooved plates (8,13).</p> |
