PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nonaqueous electrolytic battery with superior reliability that is prevented from causing internal short-circuit. SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolytic battery has a container, made of a laminated film, accommodating a battery element 11, consisting of a positive electrode 3 and a negative electrode 5 in the interior of this container, and a positive-electrode terminal lead 17 bonded to the positive electrode 3 and a negative-electrode terminal lead 15 bonded to the negative electrode 5 are taken out from the container. A resin layer is adhered on the positive- electrode terminal lead 17 and negative-polar terminal lead 15 at least exposed within the container and these electrode terminal leads 17 and 15 are insulated against the opposite electrodes. |
