PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the pressure balance of both sides is easily lost and hence reliability becomes low when a back pressure equality system for adjusting the pressure of both sides of a reciprocating movement switching valve is used although the switching valve of a heating medium switching valve needs to stop at three stop positions in a two-stage cycle for taking out the output of two stages in one cycle. SOLUTION: A large-diameter parent valve 30 that moves preferentially as compared with a reciprocating movement-switching valve 31 is arranged at one end side of the reciprocating movement-switching valve 31. Then, by setting a lower end port 32a to a negative pressure, a middle port 32b to a positive pressure, and an upper end port 32c to a negative pressure, the reciprocating movement-switching valve 31 can be stopped at a first stop position. By setting the lower end port 32a to a positive pressure, the middle port to a negative pressure, and the upper end port 32c to a positive pressure, the reciprocating movement switching valve 31 can be stopped at a second stop position. Also, by setting the lower port 32a to a positive pressure, the middle port 32b to a negative pressure, and the upper port 32c to a negative pressure, the reciprocating movement switching valve 31 can be stopped at a third stop position. The middle position (second stop position) of the reciprocating movement switching valve 31 is regulated by the parent valve 30, thus reliably stopping the reciprocating movement switching valve 31 at the three stop positions, and hence achieving improved reliability for a long time.
