PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply eliminate a trouble caused when the load of a gas turbine fluctuates or the like at a low cost in the case of using heated water heated by an exhaust heat recovery boiler as a heat source for a fuel gas heater. SOLUTION: This combined cycle plant CC is provided with a fuel gas heater FGH for heating fuel gas supplied to a combustor CB of a gas turbine GT taking heated water heated by a medium pressure economizer IEC of the exhaust heat recovery boiler HRSG as a heat source, an opening and closing valve SV provided in a heated water supply line L1 connecting between the fuel gas heater FGH and the exhaust heat recovery boiler HRSG, a heater water return line L2 for returning heated water passed through the fuel gas heater FGH to a condensing line L3 connecting the exhaust heat recovery boiler HRSG and a condenser C, a thermometer T provided in the heated water return line L2 for measuring the temperature of heated water at the outlet side of the fuel gas heater, and a control device 10 for controlling the opening and closing an opening and closing valve SV according to a measured value of the thermometer T.
