PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device that can keep a positional relation between an optical component and a solid-state image sensor with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The lens barrel is configured as a there dimensional circuit board that is provided with a part 12 to be mounted with an optical component 2, with a mount terminal section 51 of an integrated circuit 4 being a solid-state image sensor or an integrated circuit 4 including the solid-state image sensor and with an external electric connection terminal 52. The mounting position on the integrated circuit is variable in a direction of the optical axis of the optical component 2.
