PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system, a communication call tariff restoring method and a recording medium recording program therefor, with which a new service for rebating a tariff to the user of a mobile communication call equipment can be provided. SOLUTION: When a repeating base 4 cannot be directly connected, a mobile communication call equipment 1 is connected to the repeating base 4 through communication call equipment 2 and 3 with repeating function that are at communicable positions. When the communication call equipment 1 establishes a communication channel, a mobile communication call service provider 100 rebates one part of collected communication call tariff to the communication call equipment 2 and 3 with repeating function, which repeated the relevant communication call.
