PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usability for users. SOLUTION: When a certain application software(AS) to be started has been stored in an external storage part when executing the starting operation of the AS, the AS is loaded from the external storage part to an internal storage means and started, so that it is unnecessary for a user to execute the operation of two steps including loading operation and be aware of the difference between the internal storage means and the external storage part as the storing position of the AS.
