PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-air generating apparatus in which thermal deformation or degradation is not generated, in the case a duct is used for emission of heated air to a comparatively remote place. SOLUTION: This warm air-generating apparatus is constituted such that air heated by a heat source is emitted to the outside by a blower. There are provided in the apparatus a combustion casing 5 provided with the heat source, an outer casing 3 provided around the outer periphery of the casing 5, and a heat barrier casing 6 provided between the combustion casing 5 and the outer casing 3 to block radiant heat directing from the casing 5 to the outer casing 3. A warm-wind guiding casing 10 is provided between the casing 5 and casing 6. The casing 10 has a tapered face with an end face 10A, which has a diameter smaller than that of the casing 6 and larger than that of the easing 5, gradually tapering in the air flow direction to the downstream side to have a smaller diameter 10B.
