PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath heater with hot-water supply apparatus compact in size at reduced cost, further shorten the time required for filling up the tub by a double- conveyance system by using a single detector for common use, eliminating both a sensor for water-supply amount and a water-current switch in the conventional art. SOLUTION: There are provided in the apparatus, from a bathtub 1 on the upstream side of a return pipe 33 of a reheating circulation passage 2 to a heat exchanger 35 on the down stream side in order, a circulation pump 34, a 1st check valve 43 allowing a flow only to the delivery, an inflow position P from a water supply path 4 and a flow sensor 40. A bypass 44 is provided from a position B1 downstream of the flow sensor, bypassing the flow sensor and the 1st check valve, to a position B2 on the delivery side of the circulation pump. A 2nd check valve 45 is provided to allow only a flow from the position B1 to the position B2. A flow rate for filling up the bathtub is detected when the total amount of hot water for filling up the bathtub from the water supply path 4, the flow is divided into two directions at the position B1 to the bypass and to the heat exchanger. When the circulation pump is operated, the circulation hot water passes the 1st check valve and the flow sensor, the detected flow value is increased and a passage of the circulation flow is detected.
