PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor with a high reliability in which an oil- running-out reduction and an electric motor cooling are compatible in a scroll compressor for refrigeration, air conditioning and the like. SOLUTION: A positioning means is provided at an exit part in a direction of outer periphery passage of a stator of a gas guide passage frame such that an opening area becomes a predetermined value.
