PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft coupling capable of securely preventing leakage of grease and the entry of the foreign material from outside. SOLUTION: This shaft coupling has a hole spline member formed with a spline in the inner peripheral surface thereof and provided with a universal joint arranged in one end thereof, a shaft spline member formed with a spline to be fitted in the spline, which is formed in the hole spline member, freely to be slid in the axial direction in the outer peripheral surface at one end thereof and provided with a universal joint at the other end thereof, and a seal member fixed to the other end of the hole spline member and having an inner peripheral lip brought in slide-contact with the peripheral surface of a shaft part of the shaft spline member. Plural radial partitioning walls 10 and 11 are provided in the inner peripheral surface of the hole spline member 1 at a universal joint 6 side end so as to face to an end surface of the shaft part 5 of the shaft spline member 3. An axial communication hole 12 is formed at a central part of the shaft part 5 side inner partitioning wall 10, and an axial communication passage 13 is formed in the outer peripheral part of the outer partitioning wall 11 outside of the inner partitioning wall 10.
