PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference of a main stream of cooling air with counterflow in a cooling fan to reduce noise and facilitate the replacement and maintenance works of a fan belt. SOLUTION: In an engine cooling device for a construction machine having a heat exchanger 9 provided in an engine room 4 in which an engine 8 is provided and including a radiator 9c cooling water of the engine 8 and the cooling fan 11 rotated by a driving force of the engine 8 to induce cooling air flow P cooling the heat exchanger 9, it is provided with a shroud rear part 10b supported detachably on the engine 8 side and including the cooling fan 11, a shroud front part 10a positioned in the upstream of the shroud rear part 10b and supported on the heat exchanger 9 side to introduce the cooling air flow P cooling the heat exchanger 9 into the shroud rear part 10b, a sealing member 43 sealing the shroud rear part 10b and the shroud front part 10a while allowing relative displacement of them, and a fluid guide plate 27 positioned on a blow-out side of the cooling fan 11 and supported by the shroud rear part 10b.
