PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-terminal communication service system that combines a near distance wireless communication and a wide area network wireless communication so as to confirm information of a communication opposite party and so as to stepwise transfer personal information. SOLUTION: A near distance wireless communication section of a mobile terminal 102 receives a signal sent from a mobile terminal 101 within a near distance wireless communication range to exchange required data. A display device displays the data and urges a shift to a next phase. Then a wide area wireless communication section makes connection to a server 10 on a wide area network, identifies an opposite party and urges the shift to the next phase. At this point of time, the terminals 101, 102 exchange personal detailed data.
