PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing unit, an information processing method and a recording medium that can save time for re-arbitration in the case of reconnection. SOLUTION: When a connection opposite party is a party with which previous communication is made, the same parameters as that for the LCP (Link Control Protocol) and the NCP are used to omit the arbitration for the LCP and NCP.
