PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system in which the overhead of tracking is suppressed at the time of realizing tracking processing using the memory data of both a control system and a waiting system as the same value in a hot standby system, and the same processed result is secured for the control applications of the both systems. SOLUTION: This computer system is provided with a tracking processing part 19 for reflecting tracking data on each start cycle of an application to be referred to and updated by the computer system of a control system according to the application, on a main memory 17 of the waiting system in a tracking processing timing on each start cycle.
