PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device of a battery for a construction machine capable of reducing the number of part items and a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This fixing device of the battery for the construction machine is provided with a battery base 10 arranged in a battery storage chamber and mounted with the battery 12 on it, pressing members 14 having an L-shaped cross section and pinching the battery 12 in the vertical direction by hook rods 16 and nut members 26 between them and the battery base 10 to restrain the vertical and horizontal movements of the battery 12, and two projections 28 integrally formed on the battery base 10 by press machining to restrain the movement of the battery 12 in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the above horizontal direction.
