PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a water current flowing into the inside flow out without staguation by easily conducting execution works at a site in a short time regardless of the number of connected straight pipes and the directions of connection and preventing leakage of water and damage of connecting sections. SOLUTION: The straight pipe 20a in an upstream and the straight pipe 20c in a downstream are connected to the oval type pipe mounting wall 1 installed to the lower section of a manhole. An invert section 3 and a pipe space section 3b are separated in the pipe mounting wall 1, and the invert section 3a has an inclined section 5 at a fixed angle and a semispherical sphere wall section 6 in the bottom section of the inclined section 5. An upstream path 15 is formed to a section communicated with the straight pipe 20a in the upstream in the sphere wall section 6, and a downstream path 8 is formed to a section communicated with the straight pipe 20c in the downstream. The water current in the straight pipe 20a in the upstream is collected by the sphere wall section 6 along the upstream path 8, and can be made to flow out smoothly to the straight pipe 20c in the downstream through the downstream path 8.
