PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC machine, capable of improving rectification and suppressing noise during driving. SOLUTION: A blower motor 1 is provided with a rotor 4 and ferrite magnets 2, 3. The rotor 4 has tees 8a, and a coil 9 is wound around the tees 8a. The ferrite magnets 2, 3 are formed, so as to face the outer periphery of the rotor 4 with the rotor 4 sandwiched therebetween. The ferrite magnets 2, 3 are formed out of first magnetic parts 2a, 3a and second magnetic parts 2b, 3b, having generating magnetic force lower than that of the first magnetic parts 2a, 3a. Where the angles of arcs of the magnets 2, 3 areθ0 and the number of the teeth 8a existing within the angleθ0 is (n) in the ferrite magnets 2, 3, the angleθ2 of the arcs of the second magnetic parts 2b, 3b are set in the range ofθ0/(n+2)<θ2<θ0/(n-2), and the angleθ1 of the arc from a magnetic center L of the second magnetic parts 2b, 3b to the end of the magnet on the rotational direction side is set in the range ofθ2/2<θ1<θ2.
