PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce user's load and to perform smooth updating. SOLUTION: A terminal 2 executes a periodical publication information application, recorded in a medium acquired from an application acquisition source 1 by a user. When a previously set updating date is expired, the application transmits operation history information collected up to the date to a management center server 3 via a network after obtaining user's approval. The server 3 automatically customizes the application in accordance with the operation history information, sets up a next updating date and returns the customized periodical publication information application to the terminal 2 via the network 5. Then the terminal 2 utilizes the up-to-date customized periodical publication information application.
