The invention relates to the food industry, in particular, to devices for cleaning plane sieves. The device contains percussion elements, which are placed inside the frame with perforated sieve and bottom plate. The percussion element is made in the form of a disk with cylindrical support in the form of a rod, rigidly joined with the disk about the longitudinal axis or it is made of one piece, or in the form of a helical spring, the upper end of which being rigidly fixed to the disk and the lower one - to the bottom plate surface. On the bottom plate surface there are fixed cylindrical cells. The lower part of the cylindrical support is placed inside the cylindrical cell. The percussion element relies on the bottom plate surface and freely displaces both on it and inside the cylindrical cell. The distance between the extreme points of the cylindrical support and the disk in the diametrical section of the percussion element is greater than the distance between the surface of the perforated sieve and the surface of the bottom plate.The result consists in increasing the percussion actions and in improving the mesh cleaning.Claims: 3Fig.: 4 |
