The tent supporting structure comprises two pairs of support arches (1,2,3,4) arranged at 90 deg to each other. These arches define the general frame except for the roof part. They delimit eight canvas surfaces with four large surfaces (A,B,C,D) and four small surfaces (a,b,c,d). The arches are parallel in pairs and cross in a zone (Z1) underlying the tent roof and engage in gussets (5) in the canvas. The ends of the arches are supported on the ground. Two additional arches (6,7) are added to constitute the tent roof and are arranged diagonally to the support arches and pass in a corner zone (Z3). These additional arches are introduced into gussets (8) in the roof parts and in the canopy (9) formed on the small sides of the tent.
