At least the channels leading to the supply and working connections open radially at control part exterior. The device has a number of displacement devices (22) in displacement chambers (24) of a rotor (26), supported on a lift element (20) and movable between upper and lower dead points as the rotor rotates. The flow of hydraulic medium into and out of the cylinder chambers (24) takes place via a rotatable control part (32) with at least three control elements connected via channels to supply, working and tank connections of a housing.
