Emulsion polymer compositions are disclosed which comprise a first polymer having amine groups and a second polymer having functional groups which are reactive with the amine groups in the first polymer. The compositions are capable of crosslinking efficiently at ambient and elevated temperatures and also having excellent resistance to premature crosslinking during storage. The compositions are useful, for example, in coatings, adhesives, caulks, sealants, additives and modifiers. Processes for preparing the compositions are also disclosed.
